We believe Carnegie is a great study spot mainly for its location on campus. It's at the center of everything, making other facilities quickly accessible. We know students sometimes need a quick study session before a class and Carnegie is a great place for that. This allows for a quick transition between studying and getting to class. Hopefully, it helps you from being late!
Carnegie offers a very quiet place to get some work done and study, as it does not get as busy as other spots such as Bird. The center of the room holds many desks where multiple people can study. We know not everyone wants to be around others because of sounds like keyboards, as it can get distracting. Carnegie has a way to deal with this! Students can reserve an individual study room! It's a nice way to be in a building perfect for studying while also giving a different environment option.
One huge resource that Carnegie has its large collection of books that cover many subjects. The number of books has grown since the construction of the library and continues to grow. As students, we all know that reading is a great way to take in information and is a much-needed resource.
